Head Coach
Coach Mike has been coaching North Carroll Swim Team for 25 years. He prepares swimmers for meets by leading workouts, analyzing technique and providing feedback. He loves working with swimmers at all age levels. If you have any questions please feel free to contact him before or after practice.

Aiden Grimm
Assistant Coach
Coach Aiden has been coaching North Carroll for 4 years and swam for the Sea Lions for 10 years. He just finished his freshman year at Goucher College where he swam for the Gophers. Aiden had a great 1st year and is excited to be back coaching again this summer.
